🌙 It's 3 a.m. An alarm is triggered on a customer installation. Who responds first? The SSTN. The Night Remote Assistance Support Service, developed by SYCLEF.
WHAT IS IT? 🤔
A team of Refrigeration Technicians that takes over from our on-call technicians during the night. The SSTN keeps watch while everyone else is asleep, ensuring that our customers' installations never stop running and that our technicians are only called out when it is truly necessary.
