FIRST STRATEGIC OPERATION FOR SYCLEF IN BELGIUM: THE COMPANY CALIS PROJECTS JOINS THE SYCLEF FEDERATION

CALIS Projects, a Belgian company specializing in semi-industrial, commercial, and agri-food refrigeration, joins SYCLEF, an international group focused on industrial refrigeration, commercial refrigeration, and HVAC.

Based in Geluwe, near Kortrijk, CALIS Projects was founded in 1977 and acquired in 2009 by Krist Comeine and Gerdy Syx, former employees and now co-directors. The company employs nearly 40 people and operates across the western region of Belgium.

With almost 50 years of expertise, CALIS Projects serves a diverse clientele—artisan butchers, bakers, local shops, supermarkets, SMEs, industrial kitchens, agri-food businesses, and food industries—delivering high-level technical solutions.

Committed to energy transition, the company has been promoting sustainable and innovative solutions for several years, particularly through the use of CO₂ and propane in refrigeration systems.
