PHI JOINS SYCLEF
Wrocław (Lower Silesia, Poland) and Meyreuil (France) – January 27, 2026
PHI (Polski Holding Instalacyjny), a Polish group specializing in HVAC installations, building automation, engineering and maintenance, joins SYCLEF, an international player specialized in commercial refrigeration, industrial refrigeration and air conditioning (HVAC).
This operation is a major milestone in SYCLEF’s strategy with the partnership of Polish entities joining the SYCLEF’s network, marking its first presence in Central Europe.
Headquartered in Wrocław, Lower Silesia, PHI was formed in 2025 through the consolidation of the REXER Group and Clima Komfort, bringing together more than 30 years of combined experience in the HVAC sector. This strategic alliance has made it possible to unite the know-how, expertise and talents of both organizations within a single entity, opening a new phase of development.
REXER. Founded in 2014 in Wroclaw, the REXER Group (REXER, REXER Design, REXER Service) specializes in the design, installation, maintenance and after-sales services of HVAC systems, water and sanitation installations, gas systems, fire protection systems and technological installations. The Group primarily operates on construction projects in western and southern Poland.
CLIMA KOMFORT.
Founded in 1994, Clima Komfort is a leading player in sanitary installations and HVAC systems in northern Poland and the Warsaw region. The company specializes in the design and implementation of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, as well as water and sanitation installations. It is notably involved in industrial, commercial, hotel, defense and large-scale residential projects.
PHI employs 140 people and is led by Radosław Gruszecki, President of the Management Board of PHI, Piotr Kalisz, Member of the Management Board of PHI, and Łukasz Simionkowski CEO of Clima Komfort and Member of the Management Board of PHI, supported by the long-standing management teams of the Group’s entities, all of whom remain fully in place.
Operating through strong brands in their respective local markets, PHI operates across the entire Polish territory. It combines strong local expertise with nationwide scale, offering a comprehensive range of services, with particular attention paid to energy performance and environmental protection.
PHI has four locations in Poland: Wrocław, Warsaw, Grudziądz and Bydgoszcz.
