SYCLEF STRENGTHENS ITS EUROPEAN PRESENCE WITH ITS FIRST STRATEGIC OPERATION IN ROMANIA, WELCOMING THE UNICOOL GROUP TO ITS NETWORK.

UNICOOL, a Romanian group specialising in commercial refrigeration, is joining SYCLEF, a leading European player in commercial refrigeration, industrial refrigeration and air conditioning (HVAC).  This operation marks SYCLEF's first direct presence in Romania and forms part of the network's expansion strategy in Central and Eastern Europe. The completion of the partnership is subject to obtaining the relevant legal approvals, namely from the Romanian Competition Council and the Commission for the Examination of Foreign Direct Investments (CEISD).

Headquartered in Cluj County, Unicool was founded in 2011 and is now a leading specialist in commercial refrigeration in the Romanian market. The Group brings together two companies: Unicool Instalatii Frig and Acsa Coolteam. The founders will remain shareholders in both companies and will continue to lead the management and strategic development of the two companies' operational activity.
