SECOND STRATEGIC OPERATION IN PORTUGAL FOR SYCLEF IBERIA GESTICOOL JOINS SYCLEF IBERIA

Meyreuil (France) and Lisbon (Portugal), 19 December 2025 – Gesticool, a Portuguese company specialising in commercial and semi-industrial refrigeration, is joining SYCLEF Iberia, the Iberian entity of SYCLEF, an international network of experts in commercial refrigeration, industrial refrigeration and HVAC.SYCLEF Iberia now comprises 7 operating companies, 33 sites and more than 800 employees.

Founded in 2002, Gesticool employs around forty people under the leadership of Carlos Alves and Antonio Cruz, both serving as Managing Directors. In this new phase of growth within the SYCLEF network, the continuity of the management team ensures stability and operational coherence.

With locations in Lisbon, Porto and Faro (Algarve), the company has built a strong reputation in the design, installation and maintenance of commercial and semi-industrial refrigeration systems.Firmly focused on innovation and energy efficiency, Gesticool specialises in high-performance, low-environmental-impact installations, particularly CO₂ cooling systems for supermarkets, warehouses and the food industry.

Supported by the SYCLEF Iberia network and the federation’s shared services—such as training and technical support—Gesticool aims to continue its growth and strengthen its position in its key markets.
